Good product but I prefer gold sea moss gel because I blend it up in my kids drinks in the AM and they don’t even notice

Great to mix in anything

Glad I bought 2 jars. I have one to my parents to try and they are ordering more! I’m currently breastfeeding so I add it into my smoothies in the morning to give me the nutrients I need.
