When you contact us, please include:

If you do not see an order number:

Processing & Shipping:
Some orders ship same day depending on product availability, but 3–5 business days is the maximum processing window.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing after your order is placed.
Once your shipping label is printed and your order is processed, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking.
After the label is printed, please allow 1–2 business days for your package to be picked up and scanned by the carrier.
