How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, plus an additional 1–2 days for carrier pickup. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking notification by email.
How long does shipping take after my order ships?
Domestic U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after pickup, depending on your location and the carrier's current service times.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — once your order leaves our facility, an automatic email is sent with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
How should I store sea moss gel?
Refrigerate immediately upon arrival. Sealed sea moss gel lasts up to 4 weeks refrigerated. We recommend using a clean dry spoon every time to extend shelf life.
Do you offer wholesale?

Do you offer free shipping?

What is your return policy?
Because we sell ingestible wellness products, all orders placed using a discount code or on sale are non-refundable, and any opened or used product is non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email orders.beymoss@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on the carrier's actual cost. Customs duties and import legality are the customer's responsibility.
