Order Processing

All orders are processed in-house in small batches. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days, plus an additional 1–2 business days for carrier pickup. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard delivery time after carrier pickup is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders under $50: shipping calculated at checkout
  • Orders $50 and over: free shipping with code FREESHIPPING

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please email orders.beymoss@gmail.com.

International Shipping

We ship to all countries where a reliable, fully-trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx) can deliver.

  • Rates are calculated live at checkout — we do not subsidize, mark up, or downgrade to non-trackable services
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import legality in their country
  • If an international order arrives damaged or incorrect, email orders.beymoss@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos
  • If a return or replacement is approved, international return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If still unresolved, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will help you file a claim.
